To find addiction treatment centers, you can use the links below. You can also ask your sister to go to a doctor so that she can get herself checked up properly. You can also suggest that she join AA.
I believe that just by being there for her, you’re already helping her out. She may be far away, but you can always grace her with phone calls and words of encouragement sent through email. Your support and encouragement will surely matter much and help her get through this whole ordeal.

My husband needs help. Lately, he has been turning to alcohol more and more. It used to be that he only drank on occassions when he’s so troubled, but now he drinks everyday. Last night, we had a talk, and he broke down and told me that he wanted to change already. I want to be able to find an addiction treatment center for him as soon as possible. Suggestions, please.

Look through the yellow pages and call addiction treatment centers in the list. Ask them about their policies and treatment methods. There are certainly ones within your area. You can also ask a doctor or healthcare provider to give you recommendations. Browsing through addiction sites might help you also.
